Order dari Kawan

Order ni dah buat lame dah tapi baru nak tulis pasal die.. Kawan minta coklat ni diposkan ke Shah Alam..alhamdulillah..selamat sampai.. Jemput2 la cuci mate ye..

Ni gabungan coklat berinti kopi, mint, strawberry, badam, nutty, hazelnut, wafer dan marshmallow..kawan minta campur2..

Sebab nak post, kene la gune bubble wrapper so die tak de la gerak2 sangat..

Dan, ni buang jap bubble wrapper tu sbab nak tangkap gambar final product cantik2..hehe..

So kalo sape2 nak order, bole ye.. tapi yang ni harge die mahal sket sbab gune bookstyle box..harge die RM60..

Jenis-jenis Coklat yang akan Dipelajari

Di sini terdapat gambar jenis-jenis coklat yang akan dipelajari iaitu:

1) Coklat Berinti Ganache

Coklat yang berinti coklat cair yang berperisa kopi, strawberry, mint dan hazelnut


2) Coklat Berinti Badam
Coklat yang berintikan kacang badam


3) Coklat Nutty Bear
Coklat yang ditambah dengan peanut butter dan almond nibs untuk memberikan lebih rasa kacang


4) Wafer Bersalut Coklat
Wafer disalut dengan coklat


5) Oreochoc
Biskut oreo yang bersalut dengan coklat


6) Marshmallow pop
Marshmallow yang disalut dengan coklat


7) Lollichoc
Coklat yang diolah ala-ala lollipop

Diharap dengan gambar-gambar ni, dapat membantu pelajar untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis coklat..

Kelas Coklat Kini di Buka di Selayang

Kelas ini akan di adakn bermula minggu hadapan..insha allah..dari 9 am hingga 1 pm.. Yuran hanya RM180..

Apa yg akan di pelajari?
1) Menyediakan inti coklat atau ganache - oren dan kopi
2) Jenis2 coklat dan perbezaannya
3) Teknik tempering coklat couverture
4) Teknik mencairkan coklat compound
5) Menyediakan coklat berisi badam
6) Menyediakan coklat berinti ganache
7) Menyediakan coklat nutty
8) Teknik coating untuk wafer
9) Teknik mewarnakan lollichoc dan oreochoc
10) Menyediakan marshmallow pop
11) Teknik menghias coklat
12) Tips2 penjagaan dan penyimpanan coklat dan mould

Peralatan kelas semuanya telah disediakan.. Hanya perlu bawa nota n pen sahaja..

Pelajar akan membawa pulang:
1) coklat yg telah di hasilkan (kira-kira 50 biji)
2) 1 mould coklat
3) 100g coklat compound white, milk dan dark
4) ganache yang telah di buat
5) Modul kelas

My 1st Choc Class

On 22th April 2010, alhamdulillah..i ve successfully conducted my 1st choc class..at last~~ Mariam ni classmate saye kt UIA..sblm cuti lg die dah beria-ia nk masuk kelas..so sempena cuti 3 bulan ni, saye pn curi la kesempatan yang ade..

Dalam kelas ni, sempat la saye ajar Mariam basic2 dalam bidang pen'coklat'an seperti teknik mencairkan coklat yang betul n cara-cara menyediakan coklat seperti coklat praline, marshmallow pop, nutty chocolate n chocolate coated wafer.. Di samping tu, ade gk kelas teori sket2.. Mariam kate macam dh blajar fizik n kimia pulak..hehe..

Kelas ni saye caj RM180 sahaje mmndgkn saye ni pn masih baru lg.. As gift, saye bg Mariam 100g coklat kompaun white, milk n dark, 500g milk couverture, 4 perisa filling (termasuk yg dia buat) n 1 mould.. So nnt bole la die praktikkan ape yg die blajar nnt..

Update! Update!

Now I ve come up with new updates such as addition of flavors (also some reductions) and prices..

The new flavors available are blueberry, marshmallow and hazelnut choc which almost the same as nutella..

For marshmallow, its been quite a long time ago I was thinking to use marshmallow coated with choc but my mom strictly against it since its been an issue that marshmallow is NON HALAL..so automatically, its out listed.. But one day while i was blog walking, I came across a blog that use marshmallow n it made me think that mayb there s HALAL marshmallow out there.. I went to HOI and asked for HALAL certificate for the marshmallow n its HALAL!..(sorry cant upload the certificate since there s no copy for it).. So this is how the marshmallow coated choc enter the list..hehe..

N here also I uploaded some pics of samples for 4, 9 and 35 pieces as reference..
